| There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends. | |

| DEPOSIT: Receipt of fifty percent of the total fee due upon booking. Reservations will be held for five days awaiting personal checks. The balance due for the duration of your stay is to be paid fourteen days prior to the beginning of your reservation. There is a cancellation fee of one night stay should you cancel within fourteen days of your reservation commencement, subject to re-renting your unit. | |
